What devices does the ZARMST work with?
The ZARMST photo stick works with a lot of devices! It will work with iPhone (iOS 9.0 or later), for Samsung Galaxy Series & Note Devices 6 Series and ABOVE, Windows and Macbook, Google Pixel and more. In short, ZARMST photo stick is a portable universal storage drive.
Where is the iPhone connector and Micro USB connector?
The connector for iPhone and the micro connector are hidden in the standard Type-A USB (2 in 1). With the logo side up, plug the connector into your device when you use the iPhone connector. The Micro USB Connector is used by inserting the NON-Logo side into your device. Each side of the 2-in-1 has different compatibility. You must use the correct side to utilize with iPhone/iPad or Micro usb devices.
Does ZARMST work with phone cases?
For a better experience, please remove your phone protective cases if necessary before using ZARMST photo stick.
Do I need to install an application to use ZARMST ?
For IOS devices (for iPhone, iPad, etc.), you NEED TO INSTALL THE “LUV-SHARE” APP in the App Store before inserting ZARMST.
For Android and other devices, there is NO NEED TO INSTALL APPLICATION, plug and play, find the file manager of the corresponding device to manage the files.
